Refund & Return Policy

At White’s Tackle, we stand behind the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, manufacturer restrictions, and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged merchandise

  • Cut line, leader material, or rigging supplies

  • Hooks, terminal tackle, or rigged lures

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Electronics that have been opened or activated (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us promptly.

  • Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or handled through manufacturer warranty

  • Some products must be processed directly through the manufacturer per their policies

  • Physical damage from misuse, wear, or accidents is not considered a defect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to inventory availability.

Online Orders

For website purchases:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • White’s Tackle is not responsible for lost return shipments

Restocking Fees

Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, particularly for special-order or high-value items.
