Order Processing

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or peak seasons

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays

White’s Tackle reserves the right to delay shipments if necessary for fraud prevention, inventory verification, or payment issues.

We ship using major carriers such as:

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on carrier performance and destination. White’s Tackle is not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Mechanical issues

  • High shipping volume

  • Carrier service interruptions

Shipping Accuracy & Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

White’s Tackle is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

White’s Tackle is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Carrier damage

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file claims when applicable. We will assist when reasonably possible.

Large, Oversized, or Special Shipments

Certain items (rods, gaffs, coolers, etc.) may:

  • Incur additional shipping charges

  • Require special packaging

  • Ship separately

We may contact you if adjustments are necessary.

Shipping Restrictions

International Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination
