Trey is a lifelong angler with a deep passion for fishing and the outdoors. As the owner of White’s Tackle, he’s proud to carry on the shop’s 100-year legacy while continuing to grow and serve Florida’s fishing community. Trey is dedicated to providing top-quality gear, expert advice, and a welcoming atmosphere at all of our locations. Whether you’re new to fishing or a seasoned pro, Trey and the White’s Tackle team are here to help you make the most of your time on the water.

General Manager

Geoff Quatraro is the General Manager of White’s Tackle. He started his career at White’s while still in high school, during the summer of 1997. His career has provided him with many opportunities in those years, from fishing competitively, to traveling to many foreign destinations.

Manager - Stuart Shop

Tyler Beck was born in south Florida and has been fishing the Treasure coast from Stuart to Vero all his life. Tyler calls the St Lucie River his home but also loves fishing the Indian River and surrounding Coastal waters. Tyler has worked at White’s since 2015.

Manager - Ft. Pierce Shop

Cody Moist was born and raised on the Space coast of Florida. He has been a professional mate for 10 plus years and has traveled the globe fishing in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cape Verde, St. Thomas, Portugal, Tahiti, throughout French Polynesia and all of the U.S East coast mostly tournament fishing.

Manager - Stuart Shop

Cullen Schroeder, a Stuart local, grew up fishing the waters of South Fork, St. Lucie, and Indian rivers. His now never ending obsession with tarpon takes him to the Everglades/South Florida regularly as well as our surrounding nearshore waters. He hopes to one day live mobile; bouncing from boat ramp to boat ramp.

Manager - Jupiter Shop

Sean grew up in Connecticut and has a deep passion for offshore fishing. He worked with White’s Tackle for two years over a decade ago before running sportfishing boats and competing in tournaments. After returning to the team two years ago, Sean now manages the Jupiter store while continuing to serve as a firefighter. His experience on the water and commitment to the sport make him a great resource for anglers of all levels.

Manager - Vero Beach Shop

Jonathan Repass joined the team in 2009, he had many years of retail tackle sales under his belt prior to starting at White’s. Jonathan is an avid fisherman and is eager to help fellow anglers in the store. Jonathan specializes in inshore fishing and loves to Snook fish and Redfish.

Sales Associate - Ft. Pierce Shop

Kadri Benton is a Fort Pierce native and lifetime fisherman. Kadri, also known as “Kod”, has been a member of the White’s Tackle Team for over 19 years. He grew up on South Hutchinson Island, fishing the flats of the Indian River and deep waters of the Atlantic from Fort Pierce Inlet.

Cameron grew up fishing the waters around Vero Beach and has been passionate about his home waters ever since. An avid fly angler, he enjoys targeting inshore species, especially Tarpon and Redfish. With his local knowledge and laid-back attitude, Cameron is always happy to help customers gear up and get out on the water.

Mike is an Air Force veteran and former fly fishing guide on the Gunnison River in Colorado. After retiring to Florida, he brought his passion for fly fishing with him and now enjoys targeting local species on the fly. Mike’s experience and calm, knowledgeable approach make him a great resource for anglers of all levels.

Kyle has traveled the world chasing billfish and has built a reputation as a skilled and passionate offshore angler. With numerous tournament wins under his belt, he brings a wealth of experience to the shop. Whether you're gearing up for your first offshore trip or your next big tournament, Kyle is always ready to share his knowledge.

Sales Associate - Jupiter Shop

Born and raised in Jupiter, Florida, Captain Dante Pullano has spent his life on the water, from fishing local docks as a kid to chasing big game across the East Coast, Bahamas, and beyond. A licensed captain and sales associate at our Jupiter store, Dante has earned multiple tournament wins and loves sharing his passion and expertise with anglers of all levels. Swordfishing is his favorite challenge, while wahoo is his top pick for the dinner plate. When he’s not fishing, Dante enjoys hunting with friends and family, though the ocean always calls him back.

Sales Associate - Jupiter Shop

Jesse Capwell, a Stuart native, grew up fishing the local waters and turned his passion into a career. He’s a licensed guide and owner of War Bird Charters, and also works as a sales associate at our Jupiter location. Whether he’s on the water or in the shop, Jesse enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping anglers get dialed in for their next trip.

Captain Leo Wright spent years guiding on the Great Lakes in Michigan before retiring to Vero Beach. Now part of our Vero store team, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the shop. Whether you're new to fishing or a seasoned angler, Leo is always happy to help you get geared up for a successful day on the water.

In Loving Memory (January 1st, 1968 - August 29th, 2024)

David Olson joined the White's Tackle team in 2016 and managed our Vero beach location. David was loved by customers, employees, and others worldwide. David's legacy will live on through the people he helped along the way. Rest in peace, King David.
