Deboning meats can become a difficult task without the right knife, such as our BASICS® 6” Flexible Narrow Boning Knife. This knife features a narrow and flexible blade, which makes it great for getting close to the bone and getting as much meat off as possible. The 6” size makes it best at handling smaller to medium sized cuts of beef, pork, and poultry. For those who would prefer a smaller size, we also have a 5” version.
